Bedroom(s): Comfortable sleeping space with privacy and clean linens.

Bathroom: Clean and functional with shower, toilet, and sink.

Outdoor Area: Secure front entry with lighting and space to enjoy fresh air.

Ideal for couples, solo travelers, or small groups looking for a peaceful and convenient stay.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the living and dining area, kitchen, bathroom, and outdoor entryway. You may use the cabinet for your belongings (blank space provided). Enjoy unlimited internet and Netflix during your stay. An extra bed is also available—you can set it up in the living room for watching TV or a comfortable night’s rest.

Other things to note
House Rules (Smoking & AC Use)

🚭 Strictly no smoking inside the house.

✅ If you smoke, please do so on the porch. Blinds are provided for shade when the sun rises.

🚪 Always keep the main door closed while smoking so smoke doesn’t enter and stick to the curtains or furniture.

❄️ If using the AC for the whole house, please keep the main door closed and turn on the bedroom exhaust fan.

🌞 If using the AC only in the bedroom, you may turn off the exhaust and open the main door for natural air and sunlight.
