”Everyone in our party loved staying here. Beach, shopping, night life and lots of food options including fresh and live sea food within 5 minutes walk. Everything we wanted in a beach hotel inside and out. Prices were very reasonable. Friendly staff. Almost felt as if we were alone there, no one ever bothered us. Just be aware that there are stairs to get to the room. How else you going to get to the panoramic view suite? Enjoy. ”

”It was good actually not until im asking for two blanket and they not give because they said its have charges (560php) imagine we stayed there for 12days without changing our bedsheet and pillowcase. ”The room is a disappointment. The pungent smell of the drainage in the room near the kitchen greets you as you open the door. The general appearance of the unit is fair. Very used sofa and beddings. The masters bathroom is locked and not usable leaving us with 1 decent full bathroom and a dirty small bathroom in the maid's room which was counted as a 3rd room and is not livable. Lots of issues woth overall service and experience
"The hotel itself is nice - but with bucket full of issues. The internet connection is absolute trash, so if you plan to work from here like I did - don't. We also faced multiple electricity shutdowns, that lastet long. This naturally affected internet and power usage even more. We experienced no effort from the staff to make it up the issue for us. The staff is having a nice smile and telling that they will fox the issues when asked, but in reality, nothing happens. Servive in the restaurant is super slow as well. The hotel area itself with pools and private beach is beautiful. Overall doen't meet the class and standard Savoy should be anywhere in the world."
