”Reception and lobby promised a luxury… it turn out to be something else. Reception could not help us with our check in. Instead one guy without any uniform took care of our check in after 20 mins waiting. Deposit was only possible in cash. Loose floor tiles in corridor and also in shower. There were also some bugs in bathroom and one bathrobe had stains before first use and answer was it is our fault… We asked for iron and ironing board. He promised to deliver those in the morning… no...

”In general we had a good stay in Bahala Na Villas. The accomodation was very clean and nice decorated. In addition the stuff was super friendly and the communication super fast and good. The only thing is that the property is a bit far away from the town and the water pressure in the shower too low. We had a good experience.”

”Nothing was free, unlike advertised. Pool was a P300 a day use that was not mentioned during my reservation. The self-parking was a lie too because they charged me P700 for two days of parking for the space assigned to the unit. The unit was fine but could use more cleaning and upkeep. I guess you really get what you pay for!”

”The rooms themselves were great, with no real complaints (besides a few ants). The area outside was a bit noisy, but that was more culture shock (and not something they can control anyway). When I asked for a quieter room, they were more then happy to accommodate quickly. ”

Loistava hotelli ja ykkösluokan asiakaspalvelu !

"Siisti ja joka päivä putsattu hotellihuone, loistava iso sänky, lentokoneiden ääni kuuluu vähän mutta ei häiritsevästi. Hotelli kokonaisuudessaan on todella siisti ja ihan jokaisen hotellissa työskentelevän asiakaspalvelu on aivan ykkösluokkaa. Hyvä ja monipuolinen aamiainen ja muutenkin hyvät ruoat."
