This cosy and accessible holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-family house in the centre of Bad Waldsee-Reute. Surrounded by two well-kept gardens, an outbuilding with shelter, and a spacious parking area for up to four vehicles, the apartment offers you an ideal combination of tranquillity and good accessibility.



The house is situated on the connecting road from the Franciscan monastery to the cemetery and is only about 100 metres from the nearest main road. From there, you can quickly reach the B30 towards Bad Waldsee, Ravensburg, Lake Constance and Allgäu, or Aulendorf with its train station, Schwaben-Therme, and access to the Swabian Alb.



The holiday apartment is conveniently located, so you remain mobile even without a car. All important facilities for your daily needs are in the immediate vicinity, including a grocery store, bakery, butcher, banks, doctor, hairdresser, church, a restaurant, and a bus stop. A sports field with a club restaurant is also within walking distance.



The apartment is completely barrier-free. You enter it without steps directly from the paved parking area.



The bedroom features a raised double bed for easy access. A second room is equipped with a pull-out sofa that offers space for up to two persons. In the living room, you will find another sleeping option, a TV, and a gas heater for cooler days.



The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub as well as underfloor heating for pleasant warmth in winter. The bright kitchen is fully equipped, and in the adjoining dining room with a round, extendable table, up to six people can sit comfortably. The attached winter garden invites you to relax even when it rains.



The apartment is used both privately and as a practice.
