”The lake was my favourite part of this stay. The bed was very comfortable and the linen had a nice fresh smell. The cleaners at this hotel must be some of the best in the UK as the whole place was clearly being well managed. The breakfast although basic was hot. The only thing missing from breakfast was some fruit. I was pleased to find 2 chairs to sit on in the room. The decor was dated and I think removing the pelmets from all curtains would make an instant improvement with no extra...

”Bathroom clean, room not too good, bed sheets seemed dirty and had a smell. I had to sleep clothed on top of the bed covering the pillows with a bath towel. The TV didn’t work and the wall bracket was hanging off the wall and loose with loose cables. Avoid”

”This was our 3rd stay at the Aviator. Once again it was great! Everything was as we expected. Our room was lovely but it was for guests with disabilities, we are not disabled and so we assumed the hotel was fully booked, although we had booked months ago. We did try to get an upgrade, that was not possible. Drinks were delicious as was the food.
