”Great spot to stay when landing at Heathrow Airport. The connecting bridge to T4 was extremely handy (but a decent walk!). I was able to use the hotel as a base to store all my luggage while exploring London each day. There are 3 convenient transport options to get into the centre of London via train (Elizabeth line, Piccadilly line & Heathrow Express). I tended to go for the Heathrow Express more often as it wasn’t as crowded and I didn’t mind swapping trains at T2/T3 or the extra $$$”

”This is not a hotel it’s like a cabin were there was no facilities at all even the receptionist are but helpful and they don’t know what they doing as if they were just put in a job on the spot no phone in the rooms if you need some inquiry or assistance there is no overnight staff so you could be stuck here as it’s far away from anywhere …as we explore and have happened to have conversations with local folks then we were told that this hotel is used to accommodate refugees!!”

”The Spa facilities were excellent as were the therapists. Top notch.
Lovely helpful staff all round.
Expected a bigger garden but it was still nice with good seating areas and lovely views.
