”There was mix up with our room. Got cancelled without us knowing. Phoned to try and cancel but we were told we couldn't get a refund if we did even though it was within the time limit of cancellation. Radisson RED Hotel London Heathrow

Radisson RED Hotel London Heathrow

8/10 Hyvä
"Rooms very good, spacious and clean. Check in slow, check out even longer. Food service at bar poor. As we entered they showed us a table, and said somebody will come and take your order. After 15 minutes I went pick up the menus myself. another 15 minutes later we managed to order after asking again at the bar for service. food arrived one hour from when we sat at the table. My katsu curry chicken was cold and looked like it had ssat under the lamp for a long time. Senrt it back to kitche n , it came back 10 minutes later looking even worse and pakchoi fully wilted. 0 out of 5 for taste, looks and enjoyment. Staff absent and unengagent. Radisson (RED) should really do better, especially as it was not a busy night."
