Majatalot – Bagshot

”This is a quaint hotel on the Main Street of Guildford. It is a fairly old and creaky establishment but this, along with the delightful couple that run the hotel, add to its charm. My room was extremely spacious and well appointed. There is a good and popular restaurant downstairs and a rather surprising Cabaret/Bar called ‘Fallen Angel’ on site. I might recommend a room not close to or above the bar as there was a lot of “energy” coming from it. Don’t expect a Hilton experience. You are getting...

”room was gorgeous. Spacious and very comfortable. Great service at check-in and lovely evening meal. bathroom could have done with an update - not quite to the same standard as the bedroom itself. and a couple more hand towels would have helped. view of St Marthas were not so visible due to the condensation on the windows in the morning and the blinds, but we had a wonderful time. might be useful to have a slightly later check-in and later check-out. 10am check-out may be fine for a city...
