The room service executive on the very first day wasn't polite at all while taking orders as if we were asking money from him or he was a guard who was taking orders. Room conditions were pathetic. Even the one star hotels are better then this 3 star hotel. Upon that the hotel is too costly for a single night food. It costs me almost 1300 Rs. for a night one time food. âOne of my best hotel stays in India. Private access to Ganga ghat, Aarti on-site and a small but beautiful temple on the property were absolutely wonderful. The service and the staff were outstanding. Shout out to Ritu, Khushi, Ishita, Harmanjit, Sunil, and Nitin...keep up the great work, customer care and professionalism....you're the best!! Room was recently renovated and very well designed and comfortable. Close to Har Ki Pauri, but still very quiet and peaceful. â

We enjoyed the morning yoga session and loved the fact that we could take a dip in the Ganga right at the hotel. Everything about the hotel is impeccable and we would love to go back and visit again. âI have no hesitation in recommending this property for a lovely stay in Rishikesh. We only stayed overnight.A warm welcome, delightful view of Ganga, and staff looked after my senior citizen parents very will at breakfast time.Enough for gluten free breakfast.Once renovation work ( which we knew about in advance) is done it will be even better. âA peaceful hideaway resort for those, that want to have a short break from exhausting Indian cities. For some reason the hotel did not have any information of our pre-paid reservation at our arrival, but they fixed us a nice room although the hotel was supposed to get full the next day.
Very friendly service, extremely nice Manager couple and safe area to hang around. River ganga just at the back yard.
Nothing interesting within a walking distance, and with the extremely high price level...

Approach to property is shabby. Getting from highway to hotel gate is a stretch of dirt road which has been left as is and patch of land surrounding it which is not landscaped, stalled water and overgrown bushes which is quite unimpressive.â
