Even things that you don’t even think about when packing to go for a vacation on an island or that you might need, it was there. She was amazing at communicating anything and everything. ”We decided to take our family vacation in the Bahamas this year. It was an amazing time and the stay at our house was spectacular! Ray and Sonja were amazing hosts that welcomed us and helped whenever there were issues or questions on island things to do. Most of our time was spent outside in the pool by the mango and coconut trees. Beds are great and so much room. We will be back! Definitely recommend renting if you’re in town. ”

”Wow! What an incredible location! We absolutely loved this house. The space. The outdoor (and indoor) kitchen. The well stocked home. The amazing host. We didn’t want to leave! Snorkeling/walking to the sandbar was so great! Kayaked and paddle boarded out our back door. The house manager is amazing and very helpful. The host has SO many fantastic recommendations about the area and activities. We thoroughly loved our stay and cannot wait to come back!!! Yes yes yes….book it!”

”We had an amazing time staying at the Osprey! It was a 30-second walk to the gorgeous Tropic of Cancer beach! The property was perfect for a family of 4 like us and had beach towels/chairs, dishes, and ice in the freezer for us! It was right next to what became our favorite eating/drinking spot on the beach - Brea’s place. ”Stayed for 10 days with my family. It was easy to find located right on the beach. Stunning beach and view. We loved the screened in porch. This beach house had everything you could want and then some. Washer dryer, a/c, plenty of hot water, really nice landscaping and parking. While there the owner had two new paddle boards delivered to the house which was really nice of them. Everything worked perfect. There are easy steps down into the ocean. Freshwater picket right out front to wash the sand...

Clean, beautiful, and fully stocked with everything, both inside and for the beach. Barbara is an outstanding and attentive host who stayed in touch with me before and during my stay.
