”Literal paradise….The owner Jack and property manager Kay were very responsive and helpful before and throughout our trip. We had a couple issues that they resolved quickly/same day. We had 6 adults and 4 kids. The dock and oceanfront view were outstanding.The water from the dock is beautiful, clear and tons of fish around the dock to watch. ”Exuma Summit House is outstanding, with great indoor and outdoor amenities. Arrival was great, we arrived 4 hours before check in and put our bags in the house while the cleaning crew spruced up the home. Then we spent the next few hours swimming in the pool and utilizing the outdoor bathrooms, changing room, and two outdoor showers with hot and cold water. Nicky, the house manager, took care of all our needs and requests, from booking dinner reservations to making boat excursion recommendations...

”The Nemo house is perfectly located close to the airport and restaurants. The home is perfectly fitted to house a few families while still giving everyone their own space. Plenty of games and beach gear for active families. We loved our stay at Nemo house and look forward to returning.”

Beautiful house on a big piece of property so no worries about privacy or neighbors being to close. 20 minutes from Georgetown so easy to get provisions. We rented a boat for the week and the dock was perfect for keeping it tied up.”
