”Host is horrible. Our heat in the basement apartment was freezing. We had to buy a space heater to keep warm. We contacted the host and he got back to us Sunday morning at 3 am. There were trash bags piled up outside by hot tub. We got in Saturday night and the tennants upstairs were smoking pot so the basement reeked of weed. Tried to reach them about some type of refund and were completely unresponsive. ”
