”Great location, very clean, and nicely appointed. Marisella is a great host, very helpful and easy to get a hold of. I’ve stayed in several locations in Las Gaviotas over many years, and Marisella’s property is definitely the best so far. I definitely recommend this property.”

”Could have been cleaner. Main issue was a 5 day heat wave. They don't usually need AC in Bajamar but as weather around the world becomes more extreme, might want to consider at least one small wall AC unit. There was NO screen door on the master bedroom and the screen door on the front room sliding glass door had tears in it. So even at night, the issue of trying to cool the house down was challenging because of the bugs. Also, no curtains or any outside shade to block the hot afternoon sun from...

”Great location, colorful property, beautiful views, kitchen well equipped. Some furniture a little worn out. Looked clean but didn't smell as clean. Overall a good rental for family time.”

”We had a wonderful time at Casa Bella. David, the host, called us before we arrived to let us know the latest news on border crossings and the best driving route to La Mision. When we arrived, David was there to greet us and help us get settled into our new home for the next month. We found the place to be beautifully decorated, extremely neat and clean, and very secure. Parking was super convenient right next to the entry door (Casa Bella is located inside a guarded and gated community) and...

”The property was really nice and clean. Not sure if it was my GPS or not but typing in the address and attepting to locate the property was difficult. Luckily security was very helpful. I would have given all 5 Stars, but once I checked in, I attempted to communicate with the owner in regards to location of pool keys but he never answered after check in. Also, a major reason for not giving 5 stars was the property has no Air Conditioning. It was impossible to sleep before 11 pm due to extreme...
