The hotel was adequate. It was great that the breakfast had pancakes and waffles, but there was no syrup or butter. On top of that, the lock failed and we were locked out of our room temporarily very late at night and weren't able to open the lock. Luckily, Gabriel from the night staff was present.
It is important to me to note for the hotel and review that
Gabriel the night manager was excellent-- he was extremely helpful, very courteous, and very professional. We arrived close to midnight, but he was very communicative, and did all he could to resolve the issue. We ended up having to change rooms because the key wouldn't work but Gabriel accommodated us in another room quickly. I cannot thank him enough for all his effort and being such a superstar late at night. I would rate his service at 10 stars.
