Easthorpe delivers rural charm across three en-suite bedrooms and two reception rooms, within Bakewell’s bustling town centre - designed specifically for the most discerning guests who expect hotel amenities, with the space and freedom of a holiday home.

As soon as you step inside you’ll be greeted with a full-length thoroughfare that leads to the lounge, which has been meticulously redesigned as an intimate and cosy space, yet it is flooded by natural light thanks to high ceilings and French doors leading to the garden. Art Deco inspired design gives way to modern technology as a 65” Samsung Neo QLED television takes centre stage, with access to Sky TV and Netflix, paired with adjustable lighting to set the mood, whatever the occasion.



Across the hall, you’ll find the second reception area, designed to contrast the lounge with a light and airy feel, once again aided by high ceilings and plenty of natural light. This room features dining space for six, with a 55” Samsung Neo QLED television, and a sofa which can also be converted to a double bed, upon prior request. This room leads into a contemporary kitchen with Neff appliances, and an espresso grinder and brewer, along with milk frother for making all sorts of hot/cold coffee or chocolate drinks.

Follow the hall along to the end and you will find a large, modern, shower room, plus access to the rear garden, where an outbuilding is home to a washing machine.

Upstairs, each of the three bedrooms are unique in their distinct character, handmade wooden furniture, high ceilings and en-suite shower rooms.

The smallest of the rooms remains well appointed with a single, memory foam hybrid bed, dressing table and a Samsung 42” 4K television.



Both of the larger rooms feature king-size zip and link beds which can be configured to your specification, plus handmade bedside tables, bedside lighting and large desk, accompanied by Samsung 50” 4K televisions.

Our private garden is deceptively large for our central location, and features distinct, tiered areas with seating and tall stone walls for your privacy. In the corner of the garden is a garage, accessible from Bagshaw Hill for private parking. Due to the age of the property, not every car will fit so please consult with the dimensions provided and let us know if your car will not fit so we can find you an alternative space via parking permits etc.

A three minute walk eastwards lands you in Bakewell town centre, where all day dining provides a hotel experience for those who prefer not to cook. You’ll find everything from independent cafes serving light bites to Michelin Guide fine dining. If you wish to make your own meals, then the town has plenty of shopping options, including local butchers and cheese merchants, with a supermarket available a half mile southwards from Easthrope, next to Riverside Works which houses a brewery with a tap room serving pizza, and a chocolate factory with shop.
