”Hotel excellence: management, staff, gelato at check in, room size, room service menu (selection and food quality), housekeeping, proximity to shops, hotel transport to shops. Areas to improve: too much toxic room fragrance used throughout the property!! All four of us (2 rooms) were allergic and had continuous headaches, from the guest rooms (rooms had to be aired out to stay inside) and in the lobby!!”

”We had difficulty entering the property. We did not receive check-in instructions prior to arrival. Thankfully someone from security was there to help guide us somewhat, but when I called the number posted on the wall for support we were given an incorrect room access code. Between my wife and I we called 5-6 times, and were eventually provided with the correct door entry. Unfortunately, it was nearly 11pm by the time we entered the room and I was alone with our two kids. My wife arrived later....
