”Bleach odor was over-powering and gave us a headache!!Check-in process was not communicated via VRBO app as promised which required me to contact them via multiple phone calls and emails, creating undue stress. ”Booked the room via VRBO; so our room would be cleaned if we paid another fee, as well as a decent parking fee, and a resort fee on the way out. And it was barely stocked - two plates two spoons etc. The check in process was a nightmare via email texts and calls. Despite multiple attempts, I ended up standing at the door for 30 minutes waiting for help as the front desk was empty. The attendant returned and was so rude to my colleague she was nearly in tears.
