”Washing machine but no clothes horse! Cleaners were slap dash and didn’t speak the basics! Didn’t understand the word towel! Towels and bedding need to be updated they were tired. Gang of boys creating noise at 4am every morning. On a positive note the apartment was lovely and suitable for me as a wheelchair user. Very good location and the reception staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful. Will book again. Please sort clothes horse / drying rack”

”This was our 2nd time there. Location is great! But did find the hotel to be runner down a little. The bathroom had mold which affected my son’s allergy and we had to get moved. It wasn’t the 4 star feel we were anticipating. The main restaurant is no longer at La carte daily and it’s a Buffett. We ate there on our 1st night and the options were very limited and we ended up eating pasta and fries which were not great for 25 euro per person! Should have ordered Uber Eats!”

”I booked this last minute the night before. Check in was supposed to be 3pm however I got an email saying I could check in just after 10am. You get what you pay for, basic however very clean and tidy room. The shower is one of the best I've ever used at a hotel. The bed is super super comfy. Everything is done online and there is no actual receptionist however they were quick to respond to my messages and let me check out an hour later than stated.
