”Beautiful 3 bedroom townhome in Dallas, had a cute outside area with lights. We only used Keurig. not cooking stuff so can't say much about kitchen, but had just a few utensils, not many forks or spoons, and few cups plenty of wine glasses though! Not near enough washcloths either - well each person was given ONE, but three towels each. No bath mat either in bathrooms. Weird. Nice, newer unit and spacious, but lacks in some needed items. Also barely enough toilet paper for a 24 hour...

”We had a great stay for SMU graduation ceremonies. The property was only 7-8 miles from campus (20 min drive). All of the amenities were as described. We loved the pool, the hot tub and the games inside. There were plenty of sleeping options with the 4 bedrooms. The host has a nice coffee bar set up with lots of Keurig choices. The kitchen is well stocked as well. The neighborhood is very quiet, hence the warnings about the quiet hours. It was not an issue for our group. We would definitely stay...

”My fiance and I stayed here when we were going to a concert at the Kessler Theatre! It was exactly like the pictures and was perfect for us. Check in was great (the hosts allowed us to have a late check out as well!) and the suite had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area! ”

”Me and the girls came to Dallas for a one night trip for a concert. Loved that this place was so close to Dos Equis Pavillion and Deep Ellum. House was clean, smelled nice and held true to the pictures. Hot water came quick and didn’t run out for the four of us(if that’s a big deal for you haha). Host was very friendly and quick to respond. Thank you for this stay!”

”As advertised. Very clean and easy check in … just make sure you’re on the right street. The location is central to uptown, downtown and not too far from lower Greenville. While close to the freeway, I didn’t notice the noise while sleeping at all and I’m a light sleeper.”

”A complete Oasis ! The pictures does it very little justice. The location is just 10-20 mins away from EVERYTHING you may need & want. Upon arrival it is safe to expect a beautiful new build in a quiet & respectful neighborhood. The host was very nice & eager to assist. No stress at all ! My experience was a 9/10 ! ”

”Beautiful home with lots of room, though we spent most of our time in the pool. Game rooms gave the kids plenty to do. Bedrooms were comfortable...neighborhood was safe and very walkable. Owners were extremely responsive, usually within 5 minutes. We highly recommend this place for families or groups visiting Dallas.”
