Villa Dionysus is a stunning three-story family retreat nestled in Balchiks tranquil villa zone “Ovcharovski Beach”. With air conditioning in every room, it accommodates up to 16 guests, ensuring holiday fun for the whole family.

Located just 500 meters from the sea in the sunny coastal town of Balchik, Villa Dionysus is conveniently close to popular attractions such as the renowned Botanical Gardens, the Summer Palace, and the scenic seaside promenade—all within walking distance. Layout
Just 150 meters from the main road Balchik – Albena, you enter the gated private Villa property via an easy accessible paved road. In the front yard of Villa Dionysus you have room to park 2 cars inside the gates, another car can be parked on the driveway and more free parking is available just down the road in front of the villa.

In this south facing front yard with sea views there is a large terrace with a vine-covered pergula with seating for the whole family. There are a stone coal-burning barbecue and a gas barbecue at your disposal to provide for diner. Along the side of the terrace is a huge 10×5 meters heated swimming pool (1.35m deep) to fulfill all your swimming needs. There are 8 sunloungers at your disposal as well to do some sunbathing. More to the back is a trampoline and sand pit for the kids to enjoy, of which the sand pit doubles as a baby bath.

The main entrance to the villa is at the side of the house, next to the pool, leading to the ground floor entrance/garderobe, a hallway with large internal stairs to the upper floors and a toilet. The rest of the ground floor consists of a 50 m2 living room with a large open kitchen. With 3 tables and plenty of chairs you have more than enough seating room to have a nice family diner. In the lounge area there is a huge sofa to relax, watch cable on the 55-inch flatscreen TV, enjoy a game on the Nintendo Wii or Playstation 4 or watch any of the Blu-ray movies. The sofa can even be converted into TWO (1.35m wide) double-beds, to sleep 4 people. From the living room there are glass doors leading to the large outdoor terrace to enjoy the Bulgarian summer outside.

Going upstairs to the second floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms: a 4-person bedroom (double bed with double (1.4m wide) sofa bed) with a big en-suite full bathroom with both bath and hydrojet shower, and two 2-person bedrooms with a brand-new shared bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. A large full-width south-facing balcony can be reached from all bedrooms, and above the entrance is another balcony to enjoy the surroundings on the pool side of the villa.

On the third floor there is a spacious landing (with fussball/pool game) which leads to 2 large bedrooms, one of which is a 25 m2 double (4 persons) and the other has 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with bath and/or shower, toilet and sink. From both bedrooms you reach an extra large and full-width balcony and here you have the most stunning sea views overlooking the lower surrounding area.
