”There were problems from the beginning.Nobody to help with the luggage.Rude staff,especially the manager of the hotel.I made reservation for Amelia superior,which is four stars.The food in Amelia restaurant is one star.Awful.The room is good,spacious,but not verry clean.For all our stay they did not clean our shower cabin.I bought a bath cleaner and clean it myself.After we made a complaint,they moved our breakfast and dinner in four stars restaurant Flamingo grand.And suddenly after our...

Hope we can stay with quiet and well mannered customers at the next time!!”
