    Chippin 'ja Sippin' antaa sinulle parhaan rannan ja golfkentän! Kirjaimellisesti vain kahden minuutin kävelymatkan p���ässä rannalta, t��m�� kirkas kä��nteinen lattia-suunnitelma kotiin valtameren, laguunin ja golfkent���n näkymät sekä se on äskettäin p����ivitetty - parketit lis����tään kaikkiin huoneisiin ja uusi sohva, rakkaus istuin ja tasainen -seuranta-TV asennettuna olohuoneeseen.

    L��mpim������t Australian Cypress-lattiat tervehtivät sinua, kun astut ulos keinutuolin esiportaan. Alakerrassa on perheen keräilyhuone, jota ymp��röiv��t ikkunat, jotka katsovat laguunia. Mutta ominaisuus, ett���������� voit nauttia eniten on n��kym������� panoraamaikkunoista. Sekoita kahvia samalla kun nautit aurinkokelloista Atlantilla. Keitti���n vieressä on valtameren parveke - joten jos haluat raitista ilmaa upealla näköalalla - olet l��yt���nyt paikan!

Family Vaca

My family and I enjoyed our stay! It was my parents first trip and needless to say they are already looking forward to going back. The views were perfect as we could see the beach and enjoyed watching the wildlife on the golf course. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Vacation on BHI

Chippin' and Sippin' is a great rental house on BHI. Many pros such as layout, kitchen, location, AC unit, golf carts, etc, and only a couple things for improvement. Overall, great stay and we'd come again!

Great location

Great location and well appointed home. It was perfect for our family gathering! Easy access to the beach via very nice 6 seater golf carts. Super close to the market as well. The property manager was excellent and accommodating from check in to check out!

Great views

This house is large and has nice views of the golf course and the beach. It's missing some of the extras that other houses have (e.g., only one bike worked, there was no umbrella, the beach chairs were old). The tiny grill wasn't great for a lot of people. But the living room and kitchen were nice and the beds were very comfortable. I think with a bit of personal TLC this could be a great stay.

Lovely place

Don't hesitate to stay here! This is a beautifully situated property with views of the golf course as well as the water. It's an easy 5 minute walk down to the beach access. The sunsets, visible from the front balcony and kitchen, were spectacular during our stay. The kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans and the like; the furniture and beds are comfy. Renters should plan on bringing basics such as soap, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, and paper towels as those are not provided or minimally so.

This house gets high marks for location, attractiveness, comfort, flexible rooms and bed options, kitchen suits many cooks at a time(we chose to eat all meals at home:-). Everyone had plenty of privacy but 10 were easily accommodated in the main area or on several porches which provided a grat view. It was our nicest house in our years of visits! Also golf carts were in great shape as was the grill!

It’s roomy enough for two families and their four little ones and the kitchen is very well stocked and has a gas cooktop. There are two brand new high end golf carts. The views of sunrise and sunset are beautiful through the large windows on both sides of the house. South Beach is a quick walk away. We needed a crib and high chair which were very promptly delivered. We’ll be back next summer!

Christmas Break Stay

The house is convenient to everything, quick run to the market or to the BHI club for food was a great convenience. The house itself was very nice and large. It has a fantastic view of the winter sunset as well as views of the 16th green and tee box. We were also treated to a herd of deer around the same time every morning just outside the home on the golf course. We had a few hiccups with one of the carts and the water getting hot, but WWP staff was very communicative and on top of any issue we had. We would definitely stay here again.

The kitchen and appointments of the included utensils and cookware made the food preparation easy-with the exception of maintenance of knobs on cooktop. The primary bedroom tv was not working and a recessed light was out in the shower. We did send a fixit request and the stovetop addressed that day! Not so with other items listed. Some confusion over the 4 seater golf cart ensued and this was not properly communicated by management company or to rental cart folks. We did manage to have the 2nd promised golf cart provided but even after returning twice, it was difficult to charge with cord to power outlet provided. Overall we did love the house and our family had a lovely time while staying at Chippin' and Sippin'. Say hello to Fluffy the gator in the pond next door for us!!

Meh...

We arrived at 5:25 PM (check in at 5:30 PM), and the cleaning crew was not anywhere near being finished. We let them know to take their time and left for dinner using the golf carts. However, when we returned, it was evident that the cleaning had been rushed and incomplete. The property was not properly cleaned—there was visible hair throughout, bugs on the floors that should have been swept and mopped, and bathrooms were missing basic essentials like hand soap and toilet paper. Even small details had been overlooked, such as Monopoly money left scattered outside the game box and dining chairs not returned to their places. When we noticed the quilt was missing from the master bed, we looked for extra bedding and found crumpled linens stuffed in closets, dresser drawers and the trundle bed, which we assume had not been cleaned either. In addition, the house had broken or missing key amenities. For a house that sleeps 10+, there was only 1 working bike and 2 beach chairs. The kitchen was missing items like baking sheets and there was an entire patio with no furniture on it (missing the hammock that was a bragging point in the initial listing). We did meet a kind gentleman who offered to bring toilet paper and repair a broken bike, which we appreciated. However, given the condition of the property and the cost of our stay, the housing part of our experience was rather disappointing.

Beautiful well-appointed home with convenient beach access. The Wendy Wilmot team is always friendly and responsive if we ever have an issue. Our family has enjoyed staying in this home again for a second year.

Chippin’ and Sippin’ is a gorgeous home, perfectly laid out for families. Fabulous location with ocean and golf course views! Walk to the beautiful wide beaches. I’d definitely rent again. Golf carts gave us lots of problems (lots of pushing 😱)but WW sent maintenance as soon as we requested. The agency is wonderful to deal with from start to finish. The app is great. Nothing but positives for this fun weekend.

Wendy Wilmot and team literally rescued us from a horrible rental! I will only rent from Wendy at BHI in the future!! Staff was absolutely amazing. They even helped up move!! Beautiful view!! Absolutely loved everything about this place! Perfect place to bring in 2021!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
