”Nice location, arrived and found out no coffee machine in the house, and bathroom door was not working properly, we had very good communication with the host, had a new coffee machine arrived and the door was fixed in a day or two. ”

Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house. Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented.
