”Wow! This was a gem of a spot right along the river with access to both the Chattahoochee and an adorable creek leading up to it. My kids had great fun with their tubes (and life jackets) playing in the river. Everything was clean in the house and lots of space. The hot tub worked great! I would highly recommend a stay here!”

”The property is so beautiful. We loved our long walk around the quiet scenic property. It has a little rough terrain getting down to the river from the cabin but has a longer smother walk around the property to the river which is well worth the walk. It has places to sit and enjoy the scenery and river. The cabin is beautifully maintained, super clean, and has everything you need. It is perfect for two but has accommodations for a family. Totally recommend and would like to return in the future!”

Rooms were large and inviting, plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We ran out of time long before we ran out of activities and exploring. ”Once again, an exceptional stay at this property which is our preferred location when visiting family in the Toccoa area, so much so that we now plan our trips here around availability of this house. Upon arrival, we were greeted with an already nicely cooled house -- very welcome on a hot July day in Georgia and going above and beyond the typical arrival experience of other places where we often have to turn down the thermostat and wait for the place to get comfortable. That's just one example...
