"Staff were good people for sure. The room wasn't great... floor was dirty and not even carpet so why? The bed was lumpy and mattress seemed old. The pillow protectors were stained and yellowing. Covered by pillowcase but still. The shower walls were slimy and cracked. As for breakfast, you're better ..."

"If you were expecting an older hotel that is clean and kept up, and the beds were comfortable ,pillows were amazingly comfortable. Breakfast was good and I had no problems at all with my stay. It was walking distance to the tubing and walking distance to downtown Helen. I would stay here again"
