Hostellit – Ballarat

”Beautifully updated 1857 property. Decor and meals perfect. Probably the best hotel we have stayed in.”

”Ihastuttava hotelli pienessä kaupungissa. Hotelli moitteettomassa kunnossa. Huone pieni mutta toimiva. Aamiainen ravintolassa todella hyvä!”

”I was incredibly surprised how good the room was for such a reasonable price. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, clean and new at the time of our stay. We will be staying here again for our next stay in Ballarat.”

”Great location, staff helpful and food delicious. Would happily stay again.”

”Excellent location and property”

”We had a comfortable stay and it is an easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. We received complimentary drinks that we used at a neighbouring pub and as we don’t drink they gave us Coca Cola and a hot chocolate. Staff at the Quest also gave us a large umbrella each to use as it was raining when we arrived. Comfy room and easy access and very central.”

”The property did not have Wi-Fi. I asked about this at the reception and they said they have it on repair request but unlikely it will be resolved before Christmas. I understand properties have to undergo maintenance, but there was no mention of this whatsoever during our booking, and I wanted to work remotely during our stay which was challenging without the Wi-Fi. Other than that, the rooms were quite clean, well maintained and the facilities were overall in good shape.”

”Could not fault this place at such a reasonable price. Clean, comfortable, well equiped and friendly Reception service. Very much looking forward to our next stay here.”

”the free wifi didn't work ! very frustrating...don't advertise free wifi when it doesn't work”

”Aivan OK, mutta nettiyhteyksissä oli ongelmia.”

”The staff were great to deal with and able to extend our stay the day before we arrived. The location was good with easy access and safe parking The room was spacious with a comfortable clean bed and large fridge freezer. The bathroom was also spacious with a roomy shower with abundant hot water and pressure. The fittings in the bathroom were shonky with the roll holder falling off along with a towel rail, these could be easily fixed. We would stay again.”

”I stayed two nights in the executive suite during the week. +Clean, spacious room, kitchen could have used cleaning, though. Finally a clean kettle! Laundry machine in the room was a big plus; easy to use, clean, washing powder was provided. Very comfortable bed! Climate control in both rooms, easy to use and effective. Electric blanket, but I didn't use it. Robe, slippers. Tea, coffee. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, vanity kit, shower cap provided. Well placed electric sockets. Kitchen had...
