”Cheap nights stay. Room is very clean but depending on how the other guests are the bathroom can be pretty bad. Either they aren't cleaned enough or other guests don't have the courtesy to leave the communal spaces tidy.”

”The person working there is on his own. The outside needs cleaning and painting desperately. There's dirt, dead leaves, garbage and cigarette butts lying around outside. The place would be so much better with a good clean. The inside wasn't overly clean either; not as bad as the outside. Also there was no one there when we arrived and it took 2 hours for someone to show up. The bed wasn't made properly; no top sheet or pillow cases. They were given when requested. The place smelled of damp...

”Liked friendly and welcoming staff, cleanliness, free coffee tea and bread. Comfortable bed and communal areas. Only think to be improved is that I wasnt in receipt of the code to get in when I arrived. I didnt have a sim card so couldnt phone. I went away and emailed Frank to get it and then went back. Ideally an automatic email and text giving these details, before check out time would have been good. Overall this is my favourite accommodation place in Melbourne. ”

”King St Backpackers - Hostel was just like was told in description here in Hotels.com. I was in a same room with five other people and there was enough space and also locker if you had small padlock with you. There was also chance to buy padlock from hostel. Workers were pretty friendly, especially great was John who worked there at the nighttime. Location was 10+. It was only two minutes of walking to station where you got chance to jump to bus which takes you to airport etc.”
