”Very clean, friendly staff and convenient accommodation. Hadn’t planned to spend the night in Atlanta, but a last minute flight delay required a late night check-in. Shuttle was prompt and friendly as was the front desk. Would definitely recommend. Got a good nights sleep.”

”Staff were wonderful. Hotel needs some love. Colours of room make it very dark. Hideabeds are done need replacing. Exact same breakfast every day. Told we were in unsafe area to walk to restaurants. ”

”I ended up with a handicap room that was extremely stuffy due to someone had been smoking in there and it was a non smoking room. The experience was not inviting at all. I stayed for 1 of my 3 nights and checked out because of it. I got the run around about cancelling remaining stay due to having purchases through third party. I have no update about my daily incidental fees and never received a receipt confirming one night. I was told multiple times that I would receive in an email.”

”Great hotel near the airport. The pool was a hit with my children, only concern I have was the room wasn’t clean very well. The towels were stained and the sinks/tubs had a lot of debris in it. ”

”Check in was very pleasant. We were even able to check in earlier than the check in time which helped us change our clothes and leave our luggage in a room before heading to the city. Thanks.”

”The hotel was clean, bright, and well maintained. The only thing I didn't care for is that all of the amenities came with a cost. Whereas usually Hilton Garden Inns provide breakfast, you had to buy breakfast here. There were also snacks available, but all came at a price. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. ”

”The room was clean and amenities including toiletries were appreciated. You can tell the cleaning crew adds extra effort and small touches to make you feel welcome. Location is great with walking to restaurants and convenience stores and easy uber access. Friendly staff and rooms are spacious. ”

”Friendly staff and the property is in close proximity to the airport. The bar was nice and food selections were limited, but everything i sampled was tasty. The property shows its age. Shower doors dont quite close, no stopper in the sink, items attached on the walls are pulling away. It was nice and quiet and i got some good sleep, so overall a nice visit. ”

”The restaurant this evening was working on a four menu choice printed on a paper. I don’t know what was going with that. The bar seemed to be equipped. Some places are in need of replacement like the carpet in the hall. Yet it looks like bathrooms have been upgraded. The free shuttle to the airport runs in the hour and half hour 24/7. Good deal ”

”Phenomenal friendly and helpful staff. However I feel the hotel may be experiencing some difficulties in organization and convenience. For instance there was no trash can in the room, there is no sidewalk from the parking area to the front door, and I had to get my rooms keys re-programmed 5 times in a 3 day stay. The staff was very helpful and graciously fixed the keys each time. They even managed to find an extra pillow for the room. ”

”I had an absolute nightmare of a trip from Costa Rica home, including 2 missed rebooks. The front desk let me know immediately that the restaurant was closing in 20 minutes and to go there first. They allowed me to order a cocktail and place a food order 5 minutes before close. Everything was incredibly delicious and the bartender was lovely - he didn’t make it feel like an imposition. He packaged it all up for me to take to my room. I tipped him 50%. The front desk checked me in quickly AND...
