”The rooms were great. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable, staff were incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. The shower also had amazing pressure. I loved that the town centre was only a few streets away. We stayed at another hotel after Avlon Gardens with a higher star rating and Avlon put it to shame. I highly recommend Avlon to anyone travelling to Ballina.”

”The laundry facilities were convenient, and the sea breeze on the balcony was beautiful, unless the door remained open no sea breeze in the room. The pool was family-friendly and clean. The staff were very polite, helpful and professional, and supplied us with the requested items. Highly recommend Ramada Hotel. ”

”2br cabin suited our stay, a little older than the one at another local park we stayed at. Kitchenette had 2 hotplates and a microwave but no oven - we used the one oven that was located in the Camp Kitchen. We loved the onsite mini-golf and the Shaws Bay location can't be beat. We would stay here again.”

”The family room was very small for 4 people, we could hardly fit in. One of the beds was a sofa bed that was not comfortable at all, very hard and high in the middle, low in both ends, so could not sleep in it. The air conditioner kept terrible noise. Otherwise ok, good parking lot.”
