  • Welcome to Swell, a spacious five-bedroom home in the serene seaside neighbourhood of Skennars Head. Perfectly suited for families or groups of up to 10 guests, this single-level retreat offers comfort, space, and convenience just minutes from the sand and surf.



    The home features a king-sized master suite with walk-through robe and ensuite, and four additional queen bedrooms, each with ceiling fans and built-in wardrobes. With ducted air-conditioning throughout and plenty of space to spread out, it’s a holiday made easy in every season.



    At the heart of the home is an expansive open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, designed for gathering and relaxing. Whether you’re cooking up a storm, lounging with a movie, or playing a few rounds of pool, there’s room for everyone to unwind. Glass sliders open to a covered outdoor area complete with lounge seating, a BBQ, and your own private plunge pool.

We had a wonderful stay at this Stayz property in Skennars Head for a family trip with 10 people. From the outside the house looks quite small, but once you step inside it opens up and is the perfect size for a larger group.Everything felt new, clean and very well set up — the home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds and pillows were especially comfy, which made a big difference for everyone.The pool table was a huge hit with the young adults and gave us plenty to do in the evenings. The location is also fantastic — easy walking distance to the beach and only about 10 minutes to Lennox Head for great cafes and bars.Overall, a fantastic property for a family getaway. We’d happily stay again!
