”Terrible customer service! I booked the property from Expedia app there was nothing stating woman only untill the confirmation I received. I couldn’t check in and asked a refund immediately but nobody helped. The customer service said call me back but I heard nothing only full charge after checking out date. The experience was sucks. I will go through other way to ask a full refund!”

”On a scale of 1-10, I'd give this no name hotel a 6. The facility was, at best, OK. We stayed for a week, but housekeeping never came to clean the room once. Normally, after three days, they pop by to freshen things up - change light bulbs that are burned out, refresh tissue boxes, etc. That never happened.
