”Myself and my partner only stayed for one night. The cabin was very clean and cosy with everything we needed for our short break. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent, things that not all places we have stayed get right. We used it as a stop off on our trip to photograph the mountains and surrounding areas, this was the perfect stop off for what we wanted.

”Just a lovely spot, 5 minutes driving from town and the shore in Newcastle, 15 or so to some great hiking trails. Grounds are very nice and there’s a gentle climb down to the river, a beautiful spot on the patio to sit out for a drink or morning coffee — and the breakfast was excellent as well (I had to go for the Ulster Fry (similar to the Full English) both mornings. Wish we could have stayed longer, but hope to go back. Seems to be a holiday spot for the Irish and those from the UK, not...
”Loved this property, very clear instructions for checking in, room was massive clean had everything we needed. Only problem for us was without a car it’s a little bit out of the way and in terms of food delivery early morning late night was not the best or waiting times were long, but this is not the properties fault. ”
”This was one of the highlights of our 3 week stay in the UK. Gorgeous old house, massive room decorated beautifully, spotlessly clean and gorgeous grounds. John our host was lovely and cooked us delicious breakfasts. Also lovely surrounds with a donkey across the road who loved a pat, and some cats on the property who loved a cuddle. Highly recommend.”
