"What a neat place to stay on Balsam. We had a blast at your Oasis and what a patio! Super neat cabin setup as well. Fit our needs for fires, cards and cooking! Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay on the lake!"

"I guess I could never stay in a place like this. Was not clean at all. Any outside areas are not usable.They are so filthy dirty. We arrived there and looked inside and said we are not staying here. What a way to start a weekend. I could say a lot more , but i'm not gonna. I'm just Saying it was ..."
