”Came in for the Cardi B concert. The staff were very nice and helpful from the beginning. The lobby and room was beautiful! The breakfast was hot and good! I would deff stay again, it was so close to the CFG area! Thank you to Kevin and Shaktira (sorry if spelled wrong). They were soooo pleasant and welcoming! ”

”The reception told I would get a quiet room that I had requested upon booking. Eventually, my room was right on top of the main entrance where I could hear all the cars leaving their guests to the hotel. There was also a small playground facing my room. The noise was even worse because the door of my balcony couldn't be closed completely. Sound proofing in my room was also very poor and I could hear my neighbors and people walking on the aisle. There was also smell of smoking coming into my room...

”It was ok. The valet staff was very good. The front desk was nice on the way in. I called down later to ask whether they had any non-down, thinner pillows. She answered and said “hang on a minute” and then proceeded to talk to someone else in my ear about other stuff and then seemed really confused about what I meant about the pillow, and then said she’d have someone look into it. I was pretty sure nobody was coming and they never did. I used a folded towel for a pillow.”

”The staff were soooooo BOMB! They were so welcoming and professional. They provided us with good laughs and had that place moving like a well oiled machine during the Cardi B concert. I will definitely stay there again. There concession area was awesome as well.”

”Room is decent, safe in the room is broken. they’re extremely under staff. Upon arrival I requested a microwave, I called and checked with them in person at the lobby for 4 times. It took them more than 3 hrs to deliver the microwave up to my room. I have to say the staff at front desk is helpful, however he’s the only person around if you need help. The main reason we picked this hotel is the indoor pool. When we get there just to find out the pool water is super cloudy and no one is using it....

”First, I’d like to say the staff was great—no complaints there at all. Everyone was kind, helpful, and welcoming. However, the room itself was subpar. I understand this location is an older bank converted into a hotel, and while I can appreciate the nostalgia and character, it still felt very much like an old building in ways that impacted comfort. The carpet appeared extremely dirty, and the drapes did not seem clean. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the kitchen area, particularly...

”Staff was very friendly, room was very clean and came with everything you’d usually need and more. We had a mini kitchen, a large couch, a lovely bathroom. It was decorated nicely. The different staff members we interacted with, all of them were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again. ”
