The only tiny con would be the mosque right next to the hotel with a loud morning prayers. It's loud but still I only woke up 1/3 morsings to it, so wasn't too big problem for us. Some here say it's a long way to the beach, but it's totally walkable (not even 2 km) and restaurants are cheaper next to the hotel than at the beach ;)...
