Ban Huai Thalaeng Phan Hotellit

"Kaunis ympäristö ja kivat huvilat. Kaikki oli tosin hieman kulahtanutta vaikkakin huvila sisältä erittäin puhdas ja huonepalvelu mainio. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä, mutta palvelu hidasta. Osa henkilökunnasta ei puhunut eikä ymmärtänyt englantia, mikä vaikeutti kommunikaatiota ja aiheutti viiveitä ja sekaantumisia. Vesi omassa altaassa oli kylmää ja allas täynnä kaikenlaista roskaa. Kylpylästä yritin varata muutamaankin otteeseen aikaa, mutta ketään ei ollut vastannotossa ja aikani odoteltuani lähdin pois."

"We greatly appreciated that the hotel fully considered our room location request. The daily cleaning of the hotel room was good, efficient and in the evening we got ice cubes as we wished. The daily pool gymnastics stretching was effective, especially when led by Mr. Chan. It would be good to have more shelves in the corner of the toilet so that both men's and women's cosmetics fit. It would also be good to have hand sanitizer in the breakfast buffet."

"Vietimme allaanäköala sviitissä 11 yötä. Kaikki toimi 7 kerroksessa hyvin. Vaihdoinne sinne 6 kerroksesta josta puuttui lamppuja tai eivät palaneet. Sänky ja petivaatteet kaupaisivat jo päivitystä. Rauhallinen hotelli, ihana uima-allas. Miinusta se että paikat vallattii pyyhkeillä eikä sitä valvottu mitenkään. Pyyhekortti käyttöön ja pyyhkeet pois jos ei 30min tulla aamulla paikalle. Aamupalan viherastoa voisi upgreidata, samoin leikkeleitä."

"Oikein hyvä mutta palvelut puuttuvat"

"Very outdated. Most of the sunbeds were broken so probably only 6 people had a chance to stay around the pool. The reception area was well looked after but other areas were not tidy. The corridors and the stairs to rooms were covered in hair, dust and bugs. We had a room on a higher floor but still had maggots and ants inside the hotel room (in the bathroom, floors, closet…). It’s a shame since the hotel is located on a nice beach and it has a lot of potential. One plus: the staff were lovely."
