Le Perchoir—Le Grand Valtin—Vacation Rental for 7 People

The house was one of the oldest farms in the Hautes-Vosges (830 m). It has been completely renovated and divided into 6 cottages. It is surrounded by 7 hectares of greenery and water points crisscrossed by hiking trails. You will be 5 minutes from the Lake of Longemer, 10 minutes from the center of Gérardmer, 5 minutes from Le Valtin and 10 minutes from the ski area of La Bresse.

- Surface details: The surface area of the cottage is 120 m2 duplex. You will have a large individual terrace with mountain views. The apartment has a large kitchen, a living room with TV (Netflix included), 2 double bedrooms with queen size beds, a dormitory with 3 single beds. There is also a bathroom and a separate toilet on each level.

- Bicycle storage: on request, you will have access to a secure place to store your bikes. You will also have electrical outlets to charge your e-MTBs (free of charge). If necessary, we will provide you with the equipment to inflate your tires.

- Bed linen: sheets and duvet covers are included (the beds will even be already made ;)). Towels, bath mats, hand towels and dish towels are also included.

- Terrace: a large terrace of 30 m2 just for you, with deckchairs, gas barbecue, and picnic table (+parasol).

- Private parking on the property.
