”Very lovely place, just how you would picture a countryside cottage to be! Great location. It’s private, tucked away near the entrance of Bourton-on-the-water, away from the crowds that’s visiting the village during the day. We enjoyed the short walk into the center of the village without worry about fighting for parking. It’s a perfect spot to base in the Cotswolds, and convenient to drive around to visit other villages. Highly recommended!”

”Had a lovely stay at Windsor cottage. Well presented, great amenities and the most comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Slept like a log! Ate out in local restaurants, which were lovely especially Alberto’s Italy. There are a couple of free parking areas in town 5-10 minutes away. During our stay there was a film set in place for Father Brown and a restriction at the end of the road. It didn’t take away from our stay, but was glad of the premier inn parking just a 100m away. ”We stayed for one night and loved it! The apartment is new, spotless, and in an excellent location. We really appreciated the free parking, as well as the thoughtful touches like tea, coffee, and all the kitchen utensils we needed. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. Our only suggestion would be to have a few extra pillows, but overall it was a wonderful stay and we’d happily come back!”

"Siisti huone vaikka pieni, mutta hyvin kostea sisäilma huoneessa (lokakuu). Aamiainen hyvä ja maukas, mutta kaipasimme esim leipävaihtoehtoja. Hotelli sijaitsee kävelyetäisyydellä sekä summertowniin että Oxford City Center. Hiljainen katu ja meidän huone oli myös hyvin rauhaisa käytävän viimeisenä. "

"I booked a room, which turned out to be very cold. I booked this premium hotel to be comfortable, and I wasn't. I called about this in the evening and they came to fix it. I also called in the morning, but no one came. I might be old-fashioned, but back in the day there would be immediate compensation for a satisfactory resolution, i.e. free breakfast. Something like this would have made up for the issue, but nothing was offered. Feels like "thank you for your £200+, we dont care how it was for you, we are just happy to have your money". There are cheaper hotels nearby for a matching comfort level. "
