3B Serene&comfort - 87 Old town @ River Pier

One of the best hideaway in Bangkok oldtown. Only 5 private guestrooms in the house, only one room at each end of each floor.
Private room with private bath, with ample natural light, on 3rd floor of the newly renovated townhouse, in a tranquil section of Bangkok old town surrounded by old prince palaces, feature top quality mattress, quiet room away from the street.
The space
We've extensively renovated this shop house so it has plenty of open space as well as an internal courtyard so there's plenty of natural light and airflow unlike most traditional shop houses. We've sacrifices the space and as a result the house has only 6 bedrooms. This booking is specifically for room 3A on 3rd floor. (check out 5 other rooms in this house. 2A 3A and 4A room are with a nice city view on 2nd, 3rd and 4th fl. respectively. 2B, 3B and 4B are in the back so there's no view. High floor has better view but you need to climb a bit more stairs. So please choose the one you prefer.) From the rooftop balcony you can see Rama VIII bridges and the Chao Phraya river. Please fell free to use the living room and kitchenette on ground floor. Water and coffee is available for free. You can also use the washing machine and dry your cloth on the roof top balcony. I keep my 9ft Boesendorfer grand in the room behind the courtyard. If you're a pianist or piano enthusiast, please let me know so I open the room for you.

Please feel free to use the living room, kitchennette and laundry machine on ground floor. You can sun dry your laundry on the roof balcony.
Other things to note
Don't leave your room door open at anytime to avoid mosquitoes getting in. (Thais has a proverb that mosquitos are more harmful than a tiger. They get in so easily but it's so difficult to get them out of the room) :
