The two ladies at the reception were excellent and very helpful.
The buffet style breakfast was simple, it offered only three choices, but it was good.
The internet was good, but every once in a while I needed to click on the link/button again to verify that I was using it as a guest.
The AC was good, even though a bit old, and its remote was hard to operate.
I stayed in a Single Occupancy Room, and it was nice. The property is a bit run down and needs renovations but it was clean. And the lights were bright.
The water heater for the shower worked well. The room description mentioned rainfall shower but it was a regular one.
There is an electric outlet right next to the bed which is very convenient.
There are several shelves in the room and a built-in table. There was no tea kettle, but a thermos.
There is a water cooler in the hall way on each floor.
The room was as quiet as it could be in this area. The only creatures I heard were cats who were fighting at night.
The location is great - about 10 minutes from the Air Link Railway, right next to the market, with lots of food options
The two downsides that the room had were:
1. The windows: they were old, and one of the two screens was about to fall out. And I could never close the window tightly, there was always a crack. But that did not bother me much.
2. Cockroaches. Admittedly, they only showed up after dark so I did not see much of them. But if you get up to use the bathroom at night, you will see them.
