Great Location, Still renovating
"I booked this hotel for a birthday trip and was willing to pay a little more per night for the walking distance to downtown. The location of this hotel is a 10/10. That alone may be worth the price. You can walk to the beach, all the downtown shops, a gas station, bars, etc. and there is free parking. ..."

"Very cute, small cottage overlooking Lake Michigan. There is a small beach for rock picking. The internet and phone service is spotty.
