Enjoyed my stay in Banya! No info was provided at check-in. However, it is a small hotel so it was easy to navigate and find out for oneself where the facilities were. Nice hotel with a great spa
Nice hotel just next to the gondola. Great SPA and the executive room was decent size with a huge balcony facing the slope. The hotel is a bit outdated but still nice.
