”This is a very nice studio apartment right in Boone on King Street. Walking distances to great stores, bars and restaurants. Close driving distance to hiking and attractions.”

”The host was wonderful...made sure everything was set for the stay. The location was very convenient for the horse show and in a lovely, secluded spot. Quiet and serene. The bed was very comfortable. There were some issues with the unit which I passed along to the host. Because of the wooded locale, there is a prevalent musty smell which did not dissipate. Imo, the place seems a bit tired.”

”This was a cute little rental that was as described. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were accommodating and very responsive. I was impressed to learn it’s been in service for over 20 years. Loved the clubhouse and general atmosphere— reminded me of family vacations as a child in the 1990s… so quaint!! Reception and WiFi is not terrific so it was a great opportunity to play games as a family and take to the outdoors. We plan to return next year. Thank you!!!”

Our host were very quick to respond to our inquiries and helpful with their information. The kitchen had all the cooking essentials you needed. We would stay here again.”

The only problems we had were the wifi didnt work and there was something weird like taffy on the bed spread.
