”This is a gem of a find. Beautifully fitted out and managed with exceptional care. The facilities in the room and common parts are simply great and nothing was too much trouble. Mitchelstown has much to offer but Birdies is above and beyond.”

”Truly amazing stay. Every single member of staff delivered customer service that was world class. Nothing was too much trouble.
Food in the restaurant was fantastic. As was breakfast. And a quick lunch in Mikey Ryan’s.
Rooms were fabulous. And the spa treatments were out of this world.
Shame the Irish weather meant I only lasted a few mins in the outside bit of the pool but that didn’t take the gloss off an amazing stay.
We will be back!”
