âEvery yeat we stay at Regnum hotel and it is always perfect. They have made renovation of the main hall and it looks beautiful. Since we always book family apartment with kitchen, there are plates, glasses but never any dishes to make food - sinple soup or pasta. â

- It's abit weird that during check in they praise their outdoor pool are while the outdoor pool area is not open. Jacuzzi out of water and pool covered with tarp
- Lazy in-room AC
- Small detail but if the hotel TV gives you the opportunity to connect your device to one of its HDMI ports, why the port is the one behind the TV...

âThis was not my first choice for a hotel in Bansko, but I'm so glad that I chose this. It had everything. You can see mountains everywhere, it has plenty of space where to park, staff are friendly, service is amazing, food was good, fair price. All in all, pretty good experience. â

âIt was a brilliant place for our anniversary trip, the staff were friendly, the apartment was clean and the breakfast in morning was lovely. (Scramble eggs were heavenly). My only note would be that the apartment wasnât really soundproof as we could hear our neighbours both above and next to us walking around and talking quite loudly. Weâre heavy sleepers so itâs wasnât a problem for us, but itâs not quite âsoundproofâ as the listing says. Thatâs the only fault in the whole experience. Besides...

âWe paid for a room with all inclusive. The food was very delicious and diverse.
The spa centre was clean, not overly crowded and spacious. The spa aria is on two floors , there are several steam baths and saunas. We like the outside pool and jacuzzi because of the hot water and the atmosphere.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The only disadvantage is that after dinner there isnât entertainment for the guests ,like a play room, especially when youâre in Bansko out of the season.

âA short walk to the main strip with restaurants and bars. Easy street parking. The room and bathroom was pretty dated, but comfortable. No aircon or fan if visiting in Summer, but the mountain weather kept things cool enough to sleep.â
âPredala Lux - 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and modern. Beds and linen were very comfortable after a days skiing.
Kitchen had all necessary items and a dishwasher.
Pool, sauna and steam room was a great addition and perfect for a relax.
Ate at the restaurant which was ok but nothing special. Would recommend going into town for dinner. Did not eat breakfast there as it starts at 07:30 and we had to be at the gondola queue before 08:00 to get to our ski lessons on time.
