”Hotellin henkilökunta ei tiedä, että hotellivarauksen voi tehdä hotels.com:issa. He eivät myöskään tiedä, että hotels.com lähettää asiakkaalle viestin, jossa kerrotaan, että maksu veloitetaan kortilta ja hotellilla on 0 euroa maksettavana. Kohdallani kävi nimittäin niin, että hotellilla minulle kerrotaan, ettei maksua ole tullut ja korttini on invalid (!). Korttimaksu ei onnistu myöskään hotellilla johtuen puutteellisista tietoliikenneyhteyksistä ja aina vaan syytetään epäkelvottomasta kortista...

”The receptionist was very kind and accommodating. We had a small incident, and after sharing with her, she went beyond our expectations to make our stay comfortable. I can’t say enough how caring she was. The rental of golf equipment was a bit pricey, and I would have expected to have a bit better price for guest of the hotel, but that wasn’t the case. Of course, for longer stay, it is worth getting your own equipment. However, for us, it was unexpected decision to visit, so no gold equipment...

”My pros and cons after spending one night: + Very friendly and helpful staff in all facilities + Decent breakfast + Modern and clean rooms + Great inside spa facilities - It's abit weird that during check in they praise their outdoor pool are while the outdoor pool area is not open. Jacuzzi out of water and pool covered with tarp - Lazy in-room AC - Small detail but if the hotel TV gives you the opportunity to connect your device to one of its HDMI ports, why the port is the one behind the TV...

”The property is priced at the high end for this town, while it provides a run-down facility and mediocre hygiene. The in-room amenities barely work and carry the marks of many years of service, the towels have stains, and judging by the dates on the product labels of the equipment, the room we stayed in has not been refitted in at least 13 years. This was the worst spent 150 eur per night!”

”Good breakfast, nice pool area. Staff has to work on a "customer-first" attitude. The hotel is a bit of a walk to shops and restaurants and feels a bit too remote off season. There was also a building site next door. It's worth booking mountain view for a better experience.”

”We enjoyed our 5 day stay. The room was small but well designed. The bed was very comfortable and the large balcony was perfect with beautiful views. The cool pool was not open while we were there but the large warm pool and two small hot ones were nice, as well as the steam room and dry sauna. The breakfast was good and many dishes from the restaurant were as well. With that said, some dishes lacked flavor like the pasta and a sandwich was not edible. ”The property itself is great. The villas are comfortable and the pools are fun. Breakfast was yummy and plentiful, the staff was helpful. However the dinner buffet was not good. There are many options for main courses however most of the meats were dry and barely edible.”
