”I would like to leave a review of my stay at the Sofia Hotel in Bansko. It’s a small, family‑run hotel located in the town centre. The rooms are excellent, clean, quiet, and the staff is attentive. ”My pros and cons after spending one night: + Very friendly and helpful staff in all facilities + Decent breakfast + Modern and clean rooms + Great inside spa facilities - It's abit weird that during check in they praise their outdoor pool are while the outdoor pool area is not open. Jacuzzi out of water and pool covered with tarp - Lazy in-room AC - Small detail but if the hotel TV gives you the opportunity to connect your device to one of its HDMI ports, why the port is the one behind the TV...

”Great location, close to gondola station, bars restaurants, supermarkets etc but nice quiet area and no disturbance.”
