”This is a gorgeous boutique hotel -- it felt like an oasis to us. The rooms are very spacious and many of them are their own little bungalow. The hotel was clearly set up by someone who had passion for this; the detailing and decorations are very tasteful. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. ”I arrived after midnight due to train delays and getting taxi from station. Although I hadn't notified them and their check-in was closed from 10pm there was no complaint or difficulty with check in. This was great service. Key was given promptly and I was shown to my room which was comfortable and clean and excellent value”

”Base to see sights of Banyuwangi. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the Indonesian breakfast was ample. Car required for this location. There is a shop across it that does general provisions and simple meals. Also went out of their way to purchase meals from outside. The room I booked did not have the advertised mountain view, and the shower room lacked a sink. ”
