”I stayed at this lovely hotel in late March 2026 for two days as a single female traveler and I felt safe, secure, happy, I rested very well. This hotel is walking distance to everything I wanted to see, and they make some yummy samosas for breakfast! Thanks for the memories Heart of the City by Rashmi! <3 ”

”What a beautiful hotel. A hidden oasis among the chaos of Jaipur. The staff was absolutely lovely, caring and always looking to make your stay the best possible. Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of me. I will be back and recommend this place to anybody who wants comfort, beauty and peace in Jaipur.”

”Location”

”What a great hotel! We really enjoyed our 5 days here. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean. It was great to have the breakfast at the cafe downstairs and the restaurant on the rooftop upstairs, both had an amazing range of food options. Everything was neat and tidy. And the room had plenty of space for us to fit our child on a wrong away bed. We would definitely stay again.”

”Breakfast can be little better”

”It was our first time in Jaipur and we had a great stay here! Staff was helpful and sweet, room was comfortable and clean, and location was superb! 10/10 recommend booking here!!”

”"A humble budget hotel" describes it more honestly than the hotel describes itself online. It isn't a "heritage" hotel, that's just the parent company name. The room was clean enough and the shower was good. Only two pillows for a kingsize bed. The Wi-Fi was non-existent and un-secured. The restaurant is small, dark, and windowless. The food is okay. They say they have a 24 hr. airport shuttle but two online booking requests went unanswered. Good location for bazaars, City Palace. The staff were...

”Very friendly environment as expected from Zostel. Tosif isvery friendly ”

”Location is good if you want to stay in the city centre. The hotel is located in a quiet street so the street noise is not too bad. Overall experience, good value for the price of the hotel.”

” This hotel was great for our family of four. Our plane didn’t land until 12 am and so we had contacted our the hotel to let them know around 3 pm that day. When we arrived at midnight it was very tough to wake up the staff and they were not prepared for us. They gave us two rooms even though we didn’t need two rooms. Yet that very next morning it was already sorted out before we woke up! They had our right room ready and we’re wanting to move us immediately. My husband and I went to walk...

”Great”

”Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Fern Residency in Jaipur. The rooms are modern, immaculately clean and all amenities provided. Staff is prompt, attentive and efficient. The restaurant food is top quality and delicious.”

”Property fittings, furniture and appliances need repair/ replacement. Hair Dryer in my room was not Working and the flush needs repair. Proper toileteries weren't provided either. Overall decent stay, but the quality isn't worth the charges. Breakfast buffet was nice. ”
