”The place was not maintained well at all. Our rooms (which had no personality at all) were never cleaned, our towels were never changed, there were no toiletries provided, there was no place to put the soap (that we brought) inside the shower, the shower door looked like it had never been cleaned and there was no towel service for the pool. ”

I exclusively seek out Citadines in Manila and Cebu because trust me when I tell you, there is simply no other hotel that can beat the overall value and experience of a Citadines hotel. The price is always so good for the 1 bedroom apartments. They are always so nice and feel like a real home. The staff are all Five Star level and the hotels are located in the best area's with the best food, shopping and entertainment nearby....
